How It Works

Initiate Return
Log into your account, find your order, and click "Return Item". Select your reason and preferred resolution.

Ship it Back
We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Drop off at any UPS location — no box needed for most items.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 days), your refund or exchange is processed immediately.
Eligible for Return
- ✓ Unworn, unwashed items
- ✓ Original tags still attached
- ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery
- ✓ Original packaging (preferred but not required)
- ✓ Items with manufacturing defects (anytime)
Not Eligible
- ✗ Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- ✗ Items returned after 30 days
- ✗ Worn, washed, or altered items
- ✗ Items missing original tags
- ✗ Gift cards
